How do I do it?

Then read through it first to see what's being said, and allow the questions to sink in so that you can come back to them. Some of the answers will be obvious to you, and some may need a little bit of time before you allow them to be answered. Fill in the whole Audit and then allow the relief which will come now that you've actually put down on paper - or on screen - what you've been carrying around for so long.
